Over 40 years experience in managing companies from a various domains ranging from Import-Export to Manufacturing to Service Industry. He is the Founder & CEO of Prodigy Technologies S.R.L. His work experience includes heading multi million dollar company’s based out of Africa and Europe.

Manesh Wadhwani - CEO

Over 10 years of industry experience with a Masters degree in Cost Accounting and a Bachelors degree in Marketing. Manesh was part of the very first batch of managers who joined Prodigy. He has played critical roles in the organization and has very good knowledge of local market with excellent people handling skills.

Lucian Teodorescu - CIO

Over 17 years Industry experience with an MBA from Vienna Economics and Business Administration university and Masters Degree in Computer Science from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest. Extensive knowledge in Financial Banking operations with over 10 years experience working at various Multi-National Banks such as BRD- Societe Generale, Raiffeisen Bank, Alpha Bank and Millennium Bank.

Ioana Misaila - CFO

Over 15 years experience of rich experience in the field of Finance & Business Management,. She heads the Finance, Accounting, Investor Relations, & Compliance functions for the company. She is a key member of the Business Heads.

Mihai Pluta - Project Manager

Over 14 years of experience in the IT industry in Romania and Ireland. Holds a Master Degree in Computer Science from the Polytechnic University of Iasi Romania. He is highly qualified in Microsoft technologies obtaining his Microsoft Certified Solution Developer accreditation. He handles the entire ERP project development and system architecture. as well coordinates a team of 7 developers

Over 35 years of experience Techno Commercial profile in the IT industry with special expertise in Financial Accounting, Laws and Regulation and System Integration with the technical aspects of the business.
